Drywall

In order to start a new project we have to make sure the studs are clean, and when we say "clean" we've got to make sure there's no termite damage on them. When we remove the old wall, which is usually made of plaster, the studs that hold the plaster are real old and some of them have water damage or termite, and is better to take them all down. We set supports on the structure and remove all unwanted studs to get more space and modify the interior structure. Once we have the new plan, and is framed, we proceed to install the insulation all around the perimeter of the house to avoid cold weather hitting the house, it is recommended that water pipes get insulated as well to avoid frozen lines in winter time, and some attic insulation poured all over the top of the house which we are doing as well.  We proceed to install the drywall not before punch out  the holes along the framed wall to run the wires for the electrical installation and set metal plaques to avoid a nail hit those electrical wires. After drywall we apply compound to every opening in between the sheetrock,  then taping, to get it ready for the finish layer before painting.
