Before Remodeling

The owner acquired this apartment units where tenants had been occupying for over 10 years, carpets were destroyed and dirty, damage walls, damaged ceiling, old plumbing installations, looked terrible.

After Remodeling

It really looks like you are entering another dimension, owner was impressed on how great this newly remodeled apartment looks like. He couldn't believe it, it was beautiful, beautiful!!!

Las Playas Restaurant

This owner was very sartisified with his new restaurant. We had to change a lot of things from the old BBQ place to make it look like a " Marisqueria", so we change those panels for sheetrock, that vinyl floor for a ceramic floor, repair the ceiling, brighter colors, and we fix every single detail, and help him pass the inspection from the FDA, all clear, let's eat!!!!
